第三代半導體是臺灣重要產業策略,但製程載盤供應仍以國外為主,高溫耐腐蝕之化合物半導體製程用載盤技術,是國內唯一可供CVD SiC載盤製程,膜層平均厚度100±35μm、翹曲度小於500μm,不僅完整臺灣自主競爭力,更可大幅提高元件磊晶之品質。 The 3rd generation semiconductor is a critical industry strategy for Taiwan. However, the supply of manufacturing carriers mainly rely on foreign sources. The carrier technology for high-temperature corrosion-resistant compound semiconductor manufacturing is the only applicable domestic technology for CVD SiC carrier production. With an average film thickness of 100±35μm and warpage less than 500μm, this technology completes the autonomy and competitiveness of Taiwan and massively enhances the epitaxy quality of components. |

整合馬達、驅控器與輪軸驅動機構之模組化設計,可縮小動力系統體積與重量,提升系統功率密度,適用於3.5噸級以下之商用車型。技術採軸向端面整合機構設計,具一體式水冷散熱系統及內嵌式三相電力接合,驅控器端採用碳化矽SiC功率模組大幅提升系統性能,系統功率密度大於4.0kW/L。 This technology adopts a modular design that integrates motors, traction inverter, and axle drive mechanisms to reduce the power system's volume and weight and improve its power density. It applies to commercial vehicles of less than 3.5 tons. The technology adopts an axial end surface integration mechanism with an integrated water-cooling system and an embedded three-phase electrical power connection. The SiC power module is applied for the traction inverter to significantly improve system performance with a system power density over 4.0 kW/L. |

虛實整合框架可以利用高精地圖建置的虛擬場域與混合實境車輛迴路測試提昇情境式測試的精確性。我們的技術可以有效驗證自駕車的安全性,不受時間和空間的限制。整合開源軟體也可降低開發成本。 採軟體模組設計之自主駕駛系統,已成功導入多款車種,包含電動、柴油和混合動力汽車,並於工研院、新竹市區南寮、台中水湳與日本等場域驗證,應用服務包含接駁與物流配送。 The cyber-physical framework can improve the fidelity of the scenario-based testing by utilizing the virtual environment based on the HD-map and mixed-reality vehicle-in-the-loop testing. Our technology can efficiently verify the safety of self-driving vehicles without time and space limitations. The integration of open-source software can lower the cost of development. This self-driving system that adopted a modular software design has been practically applied to various types of vehicles, including electric, diesel, and hybrid ones, and deployed in many fields, such as the Chung Hsing Campus of ITRI, Hsinchu city, Nanliao, Taichung Shuinan, and Japan. The application includes logistics and shuttle services. |

BEL-X可大幅縮短B肝患者服藥時間及增加e抗原轉陰率,且可降低停藥後病毒復發率。 項目技術源自國家研究單位,經二十多年研發,建立了六大核心技術,包含細胞生物學、分子生物學、藥理毒理、臨床試驗、GACP農業、專利。在未來,BEL-X將提供病患有效且安全之療法,並因應國際情勢而發展自主供應鏈,以求達醫療自主及國家衛生安全之需求。 BEL-X not only shorten the treatment duration but also increase HBe seroconversion rate, and reduce viral rebound after stopping treatment of HBV patients. The technologies of this project originates from national research institutes, and after more than 20 years of research and development, we have established six core technologies including cell biology, molecular biology, pharmacology and toxicology, clinical trial, pharmaceutical science, GACP agriculture, and patents. BEL-X will provide effective and safe treatment for patients in the future, and develop localized supply chain in response to the international situation, which will achieve medical independent and national security of health and safety. |

細菌可以通過逃逸到細胞中來顛覆特定的抗菌免疫機制,常規抗生素對殺死細胞內細菌無效,導致治療時程漫長且反覆感染不易清除乾淨。抗體抗生素複合物可鍵結兩種不同抗生素或藥物跟著細菌進入細胞內並有效清除細胞內感染細菌。減少反覆感染及整體醫療成本的支出。 Bacteria can hide in cells to bypass certain immunity mechanisms. Regular antibiotics are ineffective in killing bacteria in human cells, causing prolonged treatment process and repeated residual infections. This Antibody-Antibiotics conjugation combines two antibiotics or drug to enter the cell with bacteria, thus effectively eleminates the infected bacteria inside the cells. The product reduces repeated infections and overall medicare costs. |
