第三代植物肉「剪力流的成型技術」,仿肉纖維的肌理化長纖結構,讓肉的纖維變得又細、又長,更貼近真肉咀嚼感和纖維束,更適合製作整片、整塊的肉品形式。相較競品僅具單方向纖維結構植物肉,不僅無纖維束結構,製作排餐時還需二次加工,耗時費事。 The "shear flow forming technology" for the third-generation plant-based meat creates a long-fiber structure with a meat-like texture. The thin, long fiber of the plant-based meat provides a taste and fiber bundles more similar to actual meat. This technology is more suitable to produce whole muscle meat products. In comparison, the competitors can only create single directional fiber structures without fiber bundles. They also require secondary processes to make steaks, which are time consuming and laborious. |

In the achievements of the software, we have developed a special algorithm which can identify brain tissues such as gray matter, white matter, STN, etc. That will assist a neurosurgeon in the selection of better path and location of electrodes. |

This is a new medical material without cross-linking agent used, and bio-resorbable. This material transforms from liquid to gel when the temperature rises. It also serves as a carrier for bioactive agent and allows the bioactive agent to be released in a controlled manner.The first medical product,Rejoint Gel (CLASS III), was made of this novel material, and provides assistance in unilateral degenerative joint disease therapy. |

The low-diffraction transparent display technology could be incorporated with the currently manufacturing process of display. In the future, we could apply this technology to various smart life applications, such as smart mobile, medical, retail and edutainment. |

對於AR/VR頭戴式顯示器,難點在於設計和生產帶有嵌入式眼動儀的 AR/VR 頭戴式顯示器。現有的嵌入式眼動追踪解決方案包含將近20顆零組件(感測器和紅外線光源)。因此,這種眼動追踪模塊佔用了大量空間,給設備設計增加了很多限制。在見臻,我們的解決方案使用最少數量(4顆)的零組件。因此,我們的解決方案更加靈活且易於集成到新的 AR/VR 設備中。最重要的是,即使使用如此精簡的零組件,我們仍然可以達到與其他現有解決方案相同水平的眼動追踪性能。使用的元件數少於競爭對手五倍,功耗較競爭對手低3.5倍,受益於此,能大幅縮短整合的時間。 Existing embedded eye tracking solutions requires a lot of components like image sensors and infrared illuminators (around 20 components). Its cost is expensive and is difficult to integrate into HMDs. Ganzin’s solution have the simplest design which consists of only 4 components. Therefore, our solution is much more flexible and easy-to-integrate into new AR/VR devices. Most important of all, our solution can achieve similar eye tracking performance as other existing solutions. |

Especially after the pandemic, a tremendous amount of fitness tech brought the brand new concept of health. With the popularization of sports and health awareness, People expect to achieve good fitness efficiency in a limited time and without causing sports injuries. In this project, based on functional clothing, sports, and fitness auxiliary integration technology, we create two sport-tech apparel systems: motion capture + electromyography (EMG) detection and motion capture+ electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).With the system architecture and integration of different technologies, we develop a digital fitness apparel system with diversified applications. The MoCap with EMG can be used in remote exercise training. Users and trainers can focus on their course and training progress with the system's assistance. The system can provide the data to correct the posture and train muscles simultaneously. On the other one, the Mocap with EMS system can give the extra training loading to enhance the training performance.
